Am John IKpontu Odogwu a College Diploma Holder in Computer science. I graduated in the year 2001 in Lagos City Computer College Located at #6/7 Bashiru Oweh Street, Off Medical Road Ikeja Lagos, Nigeria.

I was born into the Family of Mr.John Adagbo Odogwu on 26th August 1980 in a village called Idumuje Ugboko in Aniocha North Local government Area of Delta State of Nigeria
My mother is from that same state of birth from Mesike's family, she is Mrs Alice E. Odogwu she has been a widow for 20years, because i lost my Dad when i was very small i mean i was still a baby then. My mum has been so kind and lovely to take care of me and my sisters, I am the only son of my mother and i have five siters.

When things wanted to go wrong with me God stretched His helping hands on me and used A family known as Mr&Mrs. Roland Akabunwa Mukolu to lift me up in terms of my education, they picked me up and started sponsoring my education in secondary school, all through the years i stayed with them, they took me like their own son, in as much that if i don't tell you that they are not my parents you won't even know they are not.

I want use this medium to say a very big thank you to the family of Mr&Mrs. Roland Akabumnwa Mukolu and family, the Lord almighty will grant them long life and prosperity in all their endevaour throhgh Christ Jesus Amen.

I had my senior secondary school certificate in Goverment College Maroko locate at Osborne Road Ikoyi Lagos Nigeria under the sponsor of Mr & Mrs. V.S. Essien. Who is my elder sister.

They all aim towards freedom and enlightenment. By constant meditation you rise above your mind and awakens into true spirituality. Spirituality and materialism coexist. It is the mind and attitude which decide which attracts more, and to what extent. A free and silent mind is always in meditation. There is meditation with thoughts, and there is meditation without thoughts. Successful meditation with the mind ultimately leads to meditation without the mind. Meditation on objects and events bestows power over them. This is the way to create and improve your life. Meditating on an event that is going to happen, and visualizing it as you want it turn out, have the power to mould it according to your thought. When you have a problem, meditate on it and the answer will come, during the meditation or afterwards. Make meditation a daily practice, and it will soon turn into a habit. When you meditate, a lot of thoughts raise their heads, trying to make you forget to think intently. Reject these thoughts and rise above them. Body sensations, thoughts and noises will attract your attention. Be strong, and do not let them distract your attention. The attention tends to wander. It tends to flow towards whatever attracts it. Tie your attention with resolve and intent, and do not let it drag you where it wants to. No matter what technique you follow, do it right, and with one pointed mind, attention, interest and love. A calm mind is not disturbed by the waves of thoughts. Calm the winds of your thoughts, and there will be no waves on the ocean of your mind. Meditate daily, and soon your inner strength and mind power will grow. A beginner needs a quiet place to meditate. Someone with a lot of practice can meditate everywhere and under all circumstances. Constant inner peace and serenity can be yours. Take the first step today. Even masters had to take the first step, so can you. Concentrate on your consciousness and find out what it is. You may be surprised at what you find. When you manage to rise above your mind through deep meditation, you realize practically what all the seekers have also sought. The body needs material food every day. The soul needs spiritual food.

Happiness is within you. When you stop the chatter of the mind and expel your worries and fears you find out that happiness surfaces from within you.

Look at the happy side of life, and you will develop the happiness habit. 

 

Learn to laugh. This will make you feel better. 

 

Focusing your mind on everything that you do increases your control over your mind, which makes it easier for the inner joy to manifest. 

 

Your inner nature is bliss and joy. Clean your mind and you will find this treaure within you. 

 

When you wake up from deep sleep you feel happy. This is because the mind was quiet. If you are able to make your mind quiet in your waking hours you will experience happiness. 

 

Each day do something to make you feel happy until it becomes a habit. 

 

Cheerfulness is contagious. Choose cheerful people for your friends and you become cheerful too. 

 

Sharing and accepting other people's happiness increases our own happiness. 

 

Choose happiness, concentrate on happiness and you will find it everywhere.
